The investment company Troika Dialog celebrated its 20th anniversary in an unusual and colorful way - a real market was erected in the Moscow central exhibition hall Manezh in honor of the holiday. The guests were offered to taste honey, bagels, loaves, salted cucumbers and sauerkraut. More than 1,500 Troika customers, business partners and employees came to congratulate Troika Dialog.
The large-scale holiday was commented by Konstantin Tserazov, Deputy Head of Global Markets at Troika Dialog: “Why the market? The point is that the investment company Troika Dialog developed along with the domestic stock market. The countdown of the company began in 1991. In order to emphasize the difficult path that Troika Dialog, the stock market and the whole of Russia have traveled, it was decided to invite guests to the market, which was typical for that time.”
Numerous guests who came to the celebration of the anniversary were treated to dishes of national cuisines of all former Soviet republics. Visitors were offered to taste borscht and pilaf, shish kebabs and potato pancakes.
Konstantin Vladimirovich Tserazov says: “In the 20 years that have passed since the company was founded, Troika has successfully overcome two major crises and continues to strengthen its position, remaining in many ways an innovator in the field of financial products and services.”
The noisy and cheerful holiday blossomed with soft humor - visitors were invited to navigate among the rows according to the signs - "Kremlin", "Currency Exchange", "Polling Station No. ads looking for candidates for vacancies - for example, from a women's clothing atelier that is looking for men to iron and spank.
“Twenty years flew by like a flash,” recalls Konstantin Tserazov, “it seemed that quite recently we started as a small brokerage company in the emerging Russian stock market. In just two decades, our market has literally covered a huge distance, which in other countries takes many times longer, becoming on a par with the largest sites in developing countries, and Troika Dialog has grown from a small company into one of the leading investment companies in Russia ".
The atmosphere of a carefree holiday was emphasized by actors dressed as merchants, thimbles, gypsies - the audience that, perhaps, not a single market in the 90s could do without. True, there was also someone to keep order here - the same actors, disguised as policemen, met guests and directed visitors along the necessary routes.
“Like any large company that has achieved prosperity and respect in the professional community, Troika Dialog also has its own “recipes for success”. And the main one, in my opinion, is the work of the team,” Konstantin Tserazov reflects. “Troika employs not just highly qualified specialists, but like-minded people who sincerely support their work. This does not mean that work processes do without disputes and discussions - but we are all united by one high goal, which we are ready to put above personal ambitions, ”emphasizes Konstantin Vladimirovich Tserazov.
As befits a real market, Manezh traded not only in products - merchants invited guests to buy original souvenirs - wicker trays, scarves and scarves of the Soviet era.
“We initially developed as a company aimed at meeting the most stringent international standards. The fact that Russia now has a civilized market, with high technology and fairly strict legal regulation, is also our merit - it was Troika Dialog that was among those corporations that set the tone, formed the rules for the development of the Russian market, ”says Konstantin Tserazov.
Dancing became a kind of "chip" of the holiday - professional dancers carried the guests by the hand into the dance circle and gave ordinary people the opportunity to plunge headlong into the maelstrom of the incendiary lezginka, hot gypsy girl and Greek sirtaki dance.
“I am sure that Troika Dialog's main victories and achievements are yet to come,” says Konstantin Vladimirovich Tserazov. “We do not intend to rest on our laurels, we have room to grow, and the company will surprise both professionals and, of course, its customers more than once with new technologies, new products and new solutions.”
The guests were entertained by magicians, illusionists and entertainers, but the main event of the evening was the performance of Goran Bregovic with the Wedding and Funeral Orchestra.
“The activity of our company has always been multifaceted - from participation in the formation of the domestic stock market to supporting educational and educational projects. The activities of Troika Dialog are inseparable from philanthropy, says Konstantin Tserazov. — We helped implement various initiatives created to build a strong society. Since 1991 and to this day, this principle has been observed. All the money raised from Troika Dialog's anniversary will be donated to charity, namely to the fund for helping children with cancer,” said Konstantin Tserazov.
